3 Golden Rules To Launching

Rule #1
What is the transformation (change) your product or service will create for your ideal client or customer?

Get CRYSTAL CLEAR on what your student will accomplish before, during and after the course or program.

For example; if you’re launching a course on “How To Launch Your First Course”, then your audience already knows that this is a course on how to launch for the first time. It is made clear immediately that the program/course is for someone who has never launched before. Your audience is extremely clear and you can then target them effectively. Once you can target them, you can then get clear on your messaging to make it known that once they finish this course/program, they will have a roadmap on how to launch their first course.

Rule 2#
Have a Strategy

I recommend planning a launch.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED.

I’ve launched things off the seat of my pants and it’s do-able, however, it is not practical and I do not recommend it.

Have a plan.
Sit down and pick a date for when you want to open the cart and then work backward.

Think of landing page for a waitlist, sales page copy, email sequences, what the actual product is, do you need a photoshoot? Are your systems in place? Do you have someone to help you manage?

Prime time strategy is no less than 30-days before the launch date.

Rule #3
Do Your Homework

Create an offer that aligns with what your audience needs.
Market Research is absolutely imperative.
Ask questions.
Create polls.

I could end this blog and tell you that you need to have a rock-solid mindset because you do need that. However, what you need  FIRST is to know exactly what your audience needs. When you create a product/service that completes the needs for your audience, you’ve created a product/service that sells!

Have you done research on your consumer and what they are struggling with?
Listen to the common questions people are asking you.

Do not launch something because YOU THINK your audience needs this. LISTEN TO THEM.

This could quite possibly be the most important part of a launch… LISTENING.

Are you ready to SELL OUT in 2020?
Cool… because there are people out there waiting for your next big offer.
