Hello Everyone!

Status Update: I am currently settling in down under aka AUSTRALIA!!

I’ve finished my back packing trip through SE Asia and I’m in Sydney, Australia where I plan to call this ‘home base’ for awhile. I can’t wait to share what I’ve been up to and what I have planned for 2016.

But for now, lets recap…

Okay, so after editing this video I’ve realized how much of a complainer I am! Haha Siem Reap, Cambodia was so hot! I mean Thailand was hot, but Cambodia takes the win! Anyways, besides the bad hair and constant complaining I had a great time temple hopping at Angkor Wat.

For those of you who don’t know what Angkor Wat Temple is (I didn’t know much either until I Googled it), it was one of the biggest civilizations of its time and one of todays biggest monuments! Dating back to the 12th century. Apparently it was abandoned in the jungles of Cambodia and wasn’t discovered until the 1800s.

There are about 12 major temples. One of the temples being the most famous because they filmed the movie Tomb Raider, with the lovely Angelina Jolie. According to history there are a lot more temples. Too many to see in one day!

I did this trip with other bloggers: Chris Stevens from BackPackerBanter, Stephen Schreck from A Back Packers Tale and Erin (Chris’s girlfriend) and her mate Mandy. This trip wouldn’t have been as amazing if it wasn’t for this epic crew!
Also, I want to give a shout out to Mad Monkey Hostels in Siem Reap, Cambodia. It was in a perfect location. Extremely clean and I can’t forget the amazing pool (that’s right a pool in a HOSTEL). Along with a great wi-fi, bar, view, and good food!
